By using DartTrader you agree to these terms. Please read them before listing or buying. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Your account

You must sign in with a supported provider and provide accurate details. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to trade here.

2. Listings and conduct

List only items you own and are legally allowed to sell, with honest descriptions and prices. Don't post prohibited, counterfeit, stolen or unsafe items, spam, or anything unlawful. We review listings and may edit, delist or remove any listing, and suspend or remove accounts, at our discretion.

3. Transactions

DartTrader connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any sale and does not process payments. You arrange payment, delivery and returns directly with the other person. We're not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of items, or for any loss arising from a transaction. Trade carefully and never share financial details in chat.

4. Content

You keep ownership of the content you post but grant DartTrader a licence to display it to operate the service. You're responsible for your content and messages.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DartTrader excludes liability for losses arising from your use of the site or dealings with other users. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act where they apply.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
